Most couples and family sessions will take approximately 60-90 minutes, although we’ll discuss this with you in advance to determine the amount of time needed for the best results.

A $25 dollar deposit is required for all sessions. Upon receipt of your deposit we will reserve the agreed time and date and not make any conflicting reservations. For this reason the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. Clients that need to cancel their session may do so no later than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session and apply 100% of their deposit toward rescheduling a new session. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice forfeit the deposit and must pay a new deposit to reschedule. No shows forfeit deposit.
Exceptions to our cancellation policy may be made at our discretion in the event of an emergency or inclement weather.
How should I prepare for my portrait session?
To make sure you receive the BEST possible images please make every attempt to arrive at least 15 minutes early for set up and discussion. Lighting and set up is very important to us at Digital Latte. Arriving late will shorten your session time.
Your session wardrobe changes can be multiple, however you must keep in mind that while on location we do not provide private changing facilities. The time it takes for you to strip down and re-dress (at the local coffee shop or the back of your car) is part of your creative shooting time, so hurry!!!
We incorporate an insane amount of poses in our sessions, some full body, so please be aware of your outfit's entirety when coordinating.
We want you to enjoy your experience with us! The following tips will help you look your best.
Keep in mind that portraits are best when the viewer's eye is drawn to your face. Clothing color and style make a difference; darker shades are more slimming. You may prefer to wear something with sleeves as bare shoulders or tops with "spaghetti straps" often make the subject appear heavier. Solid colors are best. Stripes, plaids, checks, and bold prints draw the eye away from the face.
Be unique - bring your musical Instruments, fresh flowers, cap and gowns, favorite hats, scarves or other trendy coordinates and your portraits will come alive! Be theatrical - bring dance or performance costumes, cheer leading outfits, athletic uniforms, sports gear, horse tack and riding gear.... whatever makes YOU you.
Don't worry if you develop a blemish. Finished images can be fully retouched to eliminate blemishes and soften harsh lines. Ladies, makeup CAN affect the way your portrait looks. Both fresh, natural makeup and "evening" makeup photograph well. Guys, if you have a beard or mustache, trim it up!

Ordering Policy
After your images are complete, we will upload them to our secure server and provide you with a password to preview them.
The images that you will see in your proofing gallery are the "raw" images, just as the camera captures them. All ordered photos will be cropped, color balanced, and light balanced prior to printing. We reserve the right to crop your photo as our expertise dictates. Cropping depends on several issues - essential content of the photo, proportions of the size ordered and the type of images ordered. No images may be copied or reproduced in any manner without photographer’s written permission.
We have several print packages, however custom packages and individual images can also be purchased through our website.
